Service Description

Inner Union Healing is a 6 step programme of 12 x 60 minute 1:1 sessions over the course of 6 months. Sessions are bi-monthly to give a good balance of integration and steadiness. The programme is truly transformative as we delve deep into your inner world; the head space, the heart space and the emotional body. It's a great programme to help through difficult life transitions, and aimed at helping to push through the difficult feelings as to avoid repeated relapses into undesirable experiences.
