Sessions are designed to balance your energy, release stored or built up emotions and thought processes. Why reiki? We sometimes forget that we are beings of energy in a very fast paced world. Energy cleansing sessions are ideal to release any built up energy stemming from within, and to release you from the transference of external energy that is being projected onto you by others. Our experienced healing facilitators will guide you back into connection with yourself, clearing the clutter of your mind, releasing any heaviness and offer advice to keep your energy levels maintained. All sessions are non guided- pure energy work. (1:1 Guided meditation sessions are available for booking) We offer three service options; 30 Minute Session - Ideal for a refresh and to release surface level energy build up 60 Minute Session - Ideal for heavier energetic lifting allowing for longer relaxation and self care time. 90 Minute Session - Provides guidance during the first 30 minutes or so (depending on individual needs), with an opportunity for more focused clearing. Allows a full deep dive.
