About the event
This informative chakra workshop is designed to give you a deeper understanding of your chakra system, the 7 main energy centres of the body. We'll go into detail what the chakra system is, how energy flows, how blockages can cause an impact to your wellbeing and tips to unblock and maintain. We'll touch on what a kundalini awakening is, and how to navigate this deeply transformative journey.
